Dayton Ohio Traffic Crash Leaves 1 Dead Jennifer Rains Dead
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash on US-33 at the intersection of Town Line Lima Road on Saturday morning.
According to the Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 9:45 a.m.
Officials said a 49-year-old woman from Wapakoneta was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox south on Town Line Lima Road. A 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, driven by a 31-year-old woman, was heading east on US-33.
Officials said the Chevy failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection. The vehicles crashed and came to rest off the south side of US-33.

Medics took both drivers to Lima Memorial Hospital.
Jennifer Rains, the Chevy driver, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Officials said she wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
